Cleaning crew lead

The responsibilities of a Crew Lead are:
- Cleaning according to the client's cleaning checklist
- Leading and directing cleaning associates on crew

Job requirements are:
- Ability to work 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable vehicle capable of driving through all four Minnesota seasons
- Capable of passing criminal background check
- Cell phone with GPS technology

Well qualified applicants will have:
- 3+ years prior residential cleaning experience
- References that can attest to dependability and punctuality
Compensation benefits include:
- Pay starts at $17-19 per hour based on prior experience
- Automatic pay increase of $1/hour provided after completing 30-day on-boarding program
- 3% retirement match (IRA)
- Paid drive time (from arrival at first job to departure of last job)
