Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests that you come in contact with
• Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant

Qualifications:

• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude
• Passionate about serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs and stand for long periods
