We are looking for someone motivated, outgoing, and ready to grow with our family-owned cleaning company! This is the perfect position for someone who loves people, sales, organization, and helping a small business expand.
Position includes: Cleaning training cleanerson call for cleanings quotes
Sales & Business Growth- Cold calling potential clients
- Visiting local businesses & introducing our services
- Building relationships with commercial clients
- Finding partnership opportunities with other companies
- Bringing creative marketing ideas
- Attending vendor/community events
- Helping bring in new clients
Recruiting & Team Building- Finding amazing new cleaners
- Pre-screening applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Helping with onboarding paperwork
- Coordinating training schedules
Admin & Customer Support- Answering calls/emails
- Assisting with bookings
- Following up with clients after cleanings
- Checking in with cleaners
- Helping collect customer reviews
- Supporting daily business operations
Pay:$16/hour training $20/ hour after 6 months
- Sales incentives for new business brought in without paid advertising
Part-time
Remote with some local in-person opportunities
Must be reliable, organized & comfortable talking to people
Must be self-motivated — we are looking for someone who wants to help us grow!
