Purpose:

To provide urgent operations support, leadership, and efficient project oversight for our Water Mitigation and Contents Cleaning teams.

 

Responsibilities:

The Cleaning & Mitigation Department Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution. This role oversees departmental staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management while maintaining alignment with company operations and culture. The manager is responsible for developing and improving standard operating procedures, coordinating emergency response and dispatch, and ensuring accurate documentation across all projects. In addition, the role includes managing tools, equipment, fleet resources, vendor coordination, and departmental expenses, while proactively identifying risks and enforcing safety standards to support both team members and project outcomes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities, with the ability to guide teams through fast-paced and high-pressure environments. This role requires strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. The successful manager is technologically competent, comfortable analyzing operational metrics, and skilled at improving processes to enhance departmental performance. Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
