Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility or home
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards to ensure consistent, quality results
• Safely handle and properly use cleaning products and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Milford, DE area
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
