Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments in commercial and residential settings, including offices, common areas, and homes. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The Cleaning Specialist may also perform window cleaning, carpet care, and detailed deep cleaning as required by client needs. The role involves following established cleaning procedures, using appropriate equipment and products, adhering to safety standards, and interacting professionally with clients and team members.

• Candidates should possess skills in Window Cleaning and Carpet care for interior and exterior surfaces and floor treatments.

• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and safety protocols, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment and supplies as needed throughout the shift.

• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow training is essential.
