Position Description:The Cleaning Specialist & Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing routine and non-routine cleaning, maintenance, and services in order to keep the facilities clean, operational, and well-maintained. Additionally, this role works in tandem with the Office Manager to identify and address any office needs beyond day-to-day cleaning, including preventative maintenance.
