The basic function is to provide comprehensive custodial and/or other technical support services to Integra Property Services, and to provide information and support to the Management Team. Supporting the Management Team through efficient and judicious work ethics will provide a positive customer image and build a strong customer relations base. To perform assigned work assignments and tasks in accordance with Integra Property Services’ quality and safety standards. To complete Task’s checklists and Communications worksheets on a timely basis and within prescribed Company procedures. To follow all Company Policies & Procedures. To complete and forward all reports, receipts, time sheets, and service documentation to the Operations Manager and the Management Team within the prescribed guidelines and dates of submission. To follow approved manufacturer’s recommended procedures. To assists Management Team and Procurement clerk with procurement and product acquisition.·Performs other duties as directed by the Operations Manager
