Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor/Inspector to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. This role combines hands-on supervision with inspection responsibilities, ensuring that all cleaning standards are met consistently across our facilities. Duties
Supervise and coordinate night cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards
Inspect work areas regularly for cleanliness, safety hazards, and compliance with established protocols
Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, laundry services, and janitorial materials to ensure adequate stock levels
Conduct routine inspections
Enforce health and safety regulations by monitoring sanitation practices and implementing corrective actions when necessary
Lead scheduling efforts for custodial teams to optimize coverage during peak hours or special events
Cover shifts when required, i.e., callouts, vacation, sick leave.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively

Extensive janitorial and custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety regulations
