Role Summary

The Cleaning Support Technician serves as a mobile site leader responsible for supervising nightly cleaning operations at multiple locations. You will help guide team members, maintain cleaning standards, and act as a communication link between staff and management. This position requires regular travel between sites, and mileage reimbursement is included.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist cleaning teams at various client facilities

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client expectations

  • Train new team members and support ongoing staff development

  • Monitor labor hours and manage supply usage efficiently

  • Deliver cleaning products and maintain inventory levels at each site

  • Communicate regularly with management regarding updates, concerns, or improvements

  • Adjust nightly priorities based on staffing and client needs


Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments

  • Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
