THE POSITION:
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming campus environment.
- Performing daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, amenities and common areas.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Supporting compliance with workplace health, safety and infection control requirements.
- Responding proactively to cleaning requests and operational priorities.
For Cleaning Supervisors, additional responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of cleaning staff.
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained.
- Assisting with staff training, onboarding and performance support.
- Managing daily work allocation and prioritisation of tasks.
- Acting as a key point of contact between the cleaning team and management.
