The Role: What You'll Do
As a Custodian, you are responsible for ensuring our local facilities are clean, safe, and ready for business the next day. This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying active and working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum surfaces to keep them debris-free.
- Sanitization: Clean and restock restrooms (toilets, sinks, soap, and paper products).
- General Cleaning: Empty trash, dust furniture, and wipe mirrors/windows.
- Quality First: Perform self-inspections to ensure your assigned area meets Jack's high standards.
- Equipment Care: Maintain your supplies and equipment so they are ready for every shift.
What You Need to Succeed
- Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in a job well done.
- Independence: You can follow a checklist and work efficiently without someone hovering over your shoulder.
- Physical Ability: You are comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout your shift.
- License: A valid Driver's License is required (as you may travel between local sites).
