Restoration Cleaning Technician Full Time Pay:20+per hour NO RECRUITERS All Claims Repairs – 43 Years As Trusted Leader in Restoration & Property Damage Solutions! We are actively hiring a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a restoration cleaning technician. Requirements - MUST have Minimum 3 years experience in residential & commercial construction, water damage and fire clean.
- Good physical health must be able to lift, bend and climb.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites with valid drivers license
- Rotation on call for water emergency services.
- Follow direction accurately as a team and work alone
- Proficient English-speaking, reading and writing
Your Role - Provide sound cleaning practices on remodeling and renovation job sites not limited to cleaning ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, casing, countertops, fixtures, floors & appliances.
- Detailed cleaning and sanitizing of structures and content damaged by water, fire, smoke and mold. Including removing damaged materials, such as wallboards and carpets. Water damage, including drying out the area and removing mold.
- Assess, clean, sanitize & restore customer contents. Packing, photographing & logging both onsite and in warehouse.
- Adhere to personal safety and industry standards.
- Excellent customer service with patience, empathy, a positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor.
- Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding client property.
