About the Role:
Join FAMMO Cleaning Service as a Cleaning Technician (EVS) in Monterey County, CA. This part-time evening role supportscleaning operations across multiple sites, including public buildings and healthcare settings.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, follow site-specific instructions, and maintain consistent communication. This role is best suited for those who take pride in their work and deliver dependable service across assigned locations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning across assigned sites while maintaining high standards
Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces
Maintain cleanliness in shared/public spaces, break rooms, and common areas
Follow site-specific instructions, schedules, and daily checklists
Manage and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs promptly
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding site status and needs
Support periodic deep cleaning or special projects as assigned
Adhere to all safety and health standards
Maintain accountability for site access, including keys, and follow all security procedures
Requirements:
Reliable transportation for travel between multiple sites
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Availability for evening shifts and flexible scheduling as needed
Timely and consistent communication (email/text) is required for scheduling and coordination
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Authorized to work in the United States
