The Role
As a Floater, you will provide crucial support by covering unmanned cleaning sites in your area as needed.
- Training: You will receive fully paid, hands-on training during your first week (working consecutive shifts to get you up to speed).
- Post-Training: Once trained, you will transition into your flexible floater role.
- Shifts: We are hiring for multiple positions and need nighttime floaters.
Job Duties
- Clean commercial facilities according to specific site guidelines.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust, wipe down surfaces, and clean glass/mirrors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean, disinfect, restock restrooms and breakrooms.
- Maintain supply inventory and report low stock to supervisors.
- Provide open-site coverage in your local area as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and established cleaning procedures.

Qualifications
- Reliable work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic.

- Good time management skills to complete tasks within budgeted time.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between open sites.
