Bless Your Nest Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed residential and/or commercial cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
- Follow client notes and company checklists carefully
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Work independently or on a team and manage time efficiently
- Maintain quality standards every visit
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Physically able to clean homes (bend, lift, stand for extended periods)
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Experience preferred — but work ethic matters more.

Pay & Schedule:
- Weekly pay
- Starting pay: $15 with performance based raises
