Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable employee to perform post-fire and post-flood cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration cleaning. They must be capable of deep cleaning various surfaces, including walls, floors, furniture, and structural elements, ensuring thorough removal of soot, smoke damage, water damage, and mold.


Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting a full assessment of affected areas and identifying the extent of damage.
• Utilizing specialized cleaning equipment and techniques to restore spaces to their pre-damage condition.
• Safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Ensuring that all materials are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent long-term damage.
• Collaborating with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrating professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with clients during distressing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude towards completing tasks efficiently. Previous experience in fire and flood restoration or a similar field is highly desirable.
