Cleaning Technician - Porter Services

We are seeking a dedicated and detail -oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. We operate 7 days a week, and working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities<\/b>:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
  <\/li>
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed.
  <\/li>
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  <\/li>
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

  Working Hours<\/b>:

  •  Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. We operate seven days a week to accommodate client needs.

    Compensation<\/b>:

    • W2 Employee: $16 per hour.
      <\/li>
    • Subcontractor: $18 per hour.

      • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.<\/b>

      • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.<\/b>
        <\/b><\/li>
      • Willing and able to work in homes that have pets<\/b>
        <\/b><\/li>
      • You are required to have a working vehicle<\/b>
