Your Day as a Cleaner
You’ll show up, follow a clear schedule, and clean homes to a high standard.
You’ll:
- Clean and detail homes using eco-friendly, non-toxic products
- Follow checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Travel between homes (paid drive time + mileage reimbursement)
- Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
You’ll end your day knowing you made someone’s home cleaner, calmer, and healthier.
What You’ll Earn
We believe in clear, honest pay—not misleading numbers.
- $17/hour during training
- $18/hour after training
- $19/hour once working independently
- $19–$22/hour based on performance
With tips, bonuses, and mileage, most team members average $22–$25/hour
