Cleaning Technician

Role Description: The Cleaning Technician is a part-time, on-site role based in Westminster, MD. This position is responsible for performing residential and light commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and surface disinfecting using eco-friendly products when requested. The role involves following established cleaning checklists, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring each space meets company quality standards. The Cleaning Technician will travel to client locations, communicate courteously with clients, and report any issues or special requests to supervisors. Reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and green-cleaning practices are essential in this role.

• Ability to perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of kitchens and bathrooms.

• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to follow structured cleaning checklists and instructions.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift light to moderate loads up to 30 pounds, and move equipment throughout the workday.

• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Westminster, MD, and surrounding areas.

• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow training is essential.

• Must pass 2 knowledge and competency courses before hiring.
