Cleanliness Technician

Volt is immediately hiring Cleanliness Technician in Pontiac, IL.

 

As a Cleanliness Technician you will:

 

Primary Responsibilities

• 2-year laboratory experience.  Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software.
• Perform cleanliness and burr inspection on Fuel System components.  Generate technical reports.
• Develop new cleanliness testing and burr inspection procedures.
• Maintain related documents and data.
• Provide technical guidance to customers such as Quality, Engineering and Operations.
• Ensure cleanliness lab and related equipment is well maintained and functioning properly.
• Support development of alternate cleanliness procedures and specs. utilizing ISO16232 methodology.
• Complete audits of CR pump heads post bead blast (on average 31 tests per month).

 

This is a Full Time, Long-Term opportunity

 

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

 

Pay Rate: $24- $28 per hour.

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
