Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Early Morning Shift: 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, cleanroom, or medical device production preferred.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a cleanroom or regulated environment.
• Comfortable working under FDA, ISO, and GMP standards.
• Experience with quality inspection tools such as microscopes is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to quality and safety compliance.

Job Duties:

• Assemble medical device products in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on finished products.
• Package medical devices according to strict specifications and compliance guidelines.
• Prepare products for sterilization, testing, and final release processes.
• Accurately complete production records, batch documentation, and quality forms.
• Maintain cleanroom cleanliness standards and follow strict gowning procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals.
• Support compliance with regulated manufacturing and safety requirements.
• Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards before release.
