We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembler for a manufacturing environment focused on small parts and precision work. This role is ideal for someone with strong hand-eye coordination, cleanroom experience, and the ability to follow detailed processes and documentation.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Range: $19-23/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform small parts assembly requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Follow specifications, drawings, and established procedures to produce products
- Maintain and adhere to cleanroom protocols at all times
- Accurately complete work orders, inspection records, and production logs
- Track and account for raw materials used in the production process
- Package finished products, including labeling and use of equipment such as ultrasonic welders, canning machines, and vacuum sealers
- Enter labor hours, materials, and production data into manufacturing software
- Maintain a clean and organized production area and equipment
- Follow production schedules and communicate material shortages
- Ensure proper material traceability and documentation throughout the process
- Assist other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of production experience in a cleanroom, wafer fab, or small parts assembly environment
- Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small tools and components
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a microscope
- Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements
- Must be able to wear nitrile or latex gloves and work with metal powders without adverse reactions
