Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Compounding Technician to join their team. As a Cleanroom Compounding Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting sterile product preparation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cleanroom Compounding Technician

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift 

What's the Job?

  • Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom by garbing, cleaning, and following CGMP guidelines.
  • Clean and validate equipment daily to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Oversee co-worker techniques through the “tech check tech” process, including product assembly and documentation.
  • Manage inventory to ensure all components entering the cleanroom are sterile and available for production.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and fill components and vials with solutions, ensuring all sterility standards are met.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to four years of experience in a hospital, manufacturing environment, or aseptic filling.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and CGMP regulations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass validation processes and re-qualify every 6 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sterile conditions.
