Title: Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour
Location: 1300 Clifford Ball Dr, Clinton, PA 15026
Hours: B Shift (Day Shift) - 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule: (Work 2 Days, Off 2 Days, Work 3 Days, then the rotation reverses the following week)
Overview Join a medical device manufacturing team producing high-quality products in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating production equipment, packaging products, completing documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Description
Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes
Load materials into production equipment and maintain supply levels
Package finished products according to work instructions
Assemble components and products as required
Complete production records and required documentation
Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed
Maintain cleanroom standards and follow PPE requirements
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Required Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Ability to wear gown, mask, gloves, and other PPE
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
