What Youll Do
As a Cleanroom/Stock Associate Float, you will be responsible for:
- Performing washing, drying, folding, and bundling of garments in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
- Packaging, labeling, and organizing garments for timely delivery.
- Conducting quality inspections to identify defects or damage, and assisting with minor garment repairs when needed.
- Using internal systems to assign garments to clients accurately.
- Sorting soiled garments for processing, ensuring proper sanitation practices.
- Attaching tags and patches with heat press equipment to meet quality standards.
- Supporting sewing or minor garment alterations (sewing experience preferred).
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks such as pressure washing and cleaning work areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across all workspaces.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and reporting opportunities for efficiency.
Important Cleanroom Guidelines:
Employees are required to wear full protective coveralls provided by the company. To preserve the clean environment, no piercings, fragrances, makeup, hair products, or self-tanner are permitted in the cleanroom setting.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to perform production, stockroom, and light maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required).
- Basic sewing skills (preferred but not required).
- Ability to differentiate colors, match numbers, and recognize fabric types.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift with scheduled breaks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to quickly switch tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude that promotes safety and quality.
