Job Store Staffing is hiring a Cleanroom Production Technician for our client, a leading advanced manufacturing company specializing in precision thin-film and semiconductor-related products.
What You Will Do
As a Cleanroom Production Technician, you will support the manufacturing of precision thin-film products used in advanced technology applications. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and a commitment to quality.
Location: South CO Springs
Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F
Pay Range: $19-23/hour
Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce thin-film products according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and finished products
- Work under low-power microscopes to inspect and assemble small components
- Complete production paperwork, logs, travelers, and quality documentation accurately
- Account for raw materials, finished goods, and scrap material
- Assist with packaging completed products using vacuum sealing equipment
- Perform required measurements and product verification checks
- Prepare production pallets and customer-supplied components for manufacturing processes
- Communicate product, process, or quality concerns to supervisors and team members
- Maintain cleanroom standards and cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Assist team members and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
- 2 years of experience working in semiconductor, electronics, medical device, or cleanroom environments
- Experience using microscopes or precision inspection equipment
- Familiarity with vacuum systems or advanced manufacturing processes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
- Must be able to wear latex or nitrile gloves and other required cleanroom PPE
- Ability to work in cleanrooms, flow benches, and fume hood environments
