UCT is looking for a talented Cleanroom Technician IV to join us in Phoenix, AZ!
The Cleanroom Technician IV is a senior-level precision handling and contamination control expert responsible for final-stage processing, inspection, and packaging of semiconductor components within a controlled cleanroom environment.
This role ensures parts meet strict cleanliness, handling, and documentation standards prior to customer delivery and CoA release. The Technician IV leads cleanroom operations, supports critical builds, and drives consistency in particle-free handling and defect prevention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of:
Cleanroom behavior, contamination control, and particle prevention
Precision handling and packaging for high-value components
Ability to:
Work independently in a high-discipline, high-precision environment
Lead teams and maintain consistent execution of standard work
Detect and resolve defects with strong attention to detail
Experience with:
Inspection methods and quality documentation
Semiconductor, aerospace, or similar clean manufacturing environments
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, production systems)
Commitment to safety, quality, and process consistency
