Position Objective
Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors • Gather and dispose of trash • Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies • Dust furniture and clean windows • Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols • Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory • Notify management of necessary repairs
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Qualifications: • An active Top Secret Security Clearance or higher - REQUIRED • Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety procedures • Ability to stand, bend and lift heavy objects while operating cleaning equipment safely • Effective communication skills and attention to detail • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary & Wage Details
• Salary: $28.50 - $30.00 • Schedule: 6 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
