Job Overview:
Supports and influences successful business outcomes by driving key objectives such as orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for both new and ongoing programs.Provides strategic guidance on business, contractual, and risk mitigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and negotiate complex contract terms and conditions to protect the company's interests.
• Guide the business in navigating new laws, regulations, and contract trends with potential operational impact.
• Analyze unique or significant contract requirements and special provisions to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage all phases of contract administration, including solicitation review, proposal development, contract changes, and customer interface.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the FAR, DFARS, and UCC.
• Drive innovative contracting strategies to maximize cash flow and meet business goals.
• Establish and maintain primary contractual communication with customers.
• Recommend and implement improvements to operational systems and processes.

• Experienced professional with strong practical knowledge of contracts and project management.
• Proficient in interpreting agency regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, UCC).
• Ability to manage projects or processes with general supervision.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in achieving operational and financial targets.
