    Job Description

Lead the Crew. Run the Work. Make an Impact.

We're looking for an experienced Clearing Foreman to lead right-of-way (ROW) clearing crews on pipeline projects throughout the region. If you're a proven leader who knows how to keep crews productive, maintain high safety standards, and deliver results.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting in a truck. We're looking for a working foreman who leads from the front, solves problems in the field, and takes pride in running safe, efficient operations.

    Why Join Us?

    • Competitive pay based on experience
    • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
    • Company truck and fuel card
    • Stable, year-round work with a leading pipeline contractor
    • A safety-always culture focused on protecting our people and doing the job right

    What You'll Do

    • Lead daily right-of-way clearing operations
    • Manage crew productivity, quality, and safety performance
    • Coordinate tree removal, brush clearing, mulching, and vegetation management activities
    • Plan daily work and ensure crews have the personnel, equipment, and materials needed to succeed
    • Operate equipment and provide hands-on support when needed
    • Communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Inspectors, and landowners
    • Complete daily reports and production tracking
    • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, quality, or production

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience leading land clearing, forestry, pipeline, utility, or heavy construction crews
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to read plans, follow specifications, and maintain quality standards
    • Experience coordinating equipment, personnel, and schedules in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR screenings

    You're a Great Fit If...

    • People naturally look to you for direction and leadership
    • You know how to hold a crew accountable while earning their respect
    • You balance production, safety, and quality without cutting corners
    • You're willing to jump in and help when the job requires it
    • You take pride in leaving every project better than you found it

If you're ready to lead a crew, take ownership of your work, and build a long-term career with a company that values strong field leadership, we'd like to talk with you.
