Operate mailroom equipment, such as metering and insertion machines, under supervision.
Prepare mailings by hand-stuffing envelopes and ensuring correct postage.
Follow a consistent pickup and delivery schedule while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities.
Lift and carry packages or mail items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous clerical, mailroom, or delivery experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with tracking/logging systems a plus.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with mail handling.
