Responsibilities

* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
* Manage and maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and easily accessible.
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner, handling enquiries and routing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Enter data accurately into company databases and maintain up-to-date records, including shipping and receiving information.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to the wider team, assisting with projects and tasks as required.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Experience within the logistics or transport industry is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
