Responsibilities:

• Greets visitors and patients and handles incoming telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Responsible for timely and accurate patient registration and check-in.

• Schedules appointments and referrals in a timely manner.

• Responsible for processing medical records.

• Performs check-out duties accurately and according to established office guidelines.

• Key daily charges and file insurance when needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a physician office
