    Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

    Shift: 12-hour shifts, part-time nights, 7pm-7am, 2 out of 6 weekends

    What Youll Do

    As a Clerical Associate, youll help keep our fast-paced unit running smoothly by:

    • Coordinating daily unit operations and communication
    • Supporting nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
    • Managing communication systems and ensuring accurate, timely information is shared

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required within 6 months of hire
