Be at the center of fast-moving, high-impact patient care in the Gateway Observation Unit. As a Clerical Associate (CA), you'll play a key role in keeping the unit running smoothly by supporting clinical staff and ensuring clear, timely communication across the care team, patients, and families.

In this 32-bed Observation Unit, patients are typically evaluated, treated, and diagnosed within 8-24 hours. Your work helps ensure seamless coordination of care-whether a patient is admitted or discharged-making you an essential link in the care journey.

    Why This Role Matters

You'll be part of a team that manages a wide range of patient conditions while making quick, informed decisions that directly impact outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be deeply involved in patient care coordination without being at the bedside.
