Description: Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Shift: 7:00am-5:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Clerk supports accurate inventory management by assisting with cycle counts,
material identification, barcoding, inventory organization, and movement of materials throughout the
facility. This position helps ensure inventory is properly counted, labeled, cataloged, stored, and
accurately reflected within the company's inventory management system.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn inventory control processes, Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning, cycle counting, and material handling equipment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to
maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
-Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
-Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and logistics teams to forecast demand, plan replenishments, and manage stock levels effectively.
-Knowledge of logistics inventory management, materials handling equipment such as Crown, High Point and Raymond forklifts
