Front Desk Receptionist - All Saints Catholic School
(Bilingual English/Spanish a must)
All Saints Catholic School is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school, welcome guests, handle incoming phone calls, and provide basic administrative support. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, check in, and direct visitors, clients, and job applicants in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming telephone calls, route them to the appropriate person, and take accurate, detailed messages when necessary.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Office Support: Perform assorted administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, word processing).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
