Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Office
Location: South Pittsburg, TN
Pay: $13.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday & Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (8 hours/week)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate office. This part-time role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and comfortable handling clerical tasks along with basic bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phones, greet clients, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with preparing real estate documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Maintain and update client and property records
- Process invoices, receipts, and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Support accounts payable/receivable and reconcile basic financial records
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
- Provide administrative support to agents and management as needed
Qualifications:- Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks experience required or strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in an office environment
- Professional, dependable work ethic
