Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide clerical/administrative support to Headquarters’ staff, chiefly the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and Occupancy Departments and to provide front-line customer service to Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) and HCVP participants. The incumbent receives all phone calls and in-person inquiries to the Headquarters office. All activities must support the Lucas Metropolitan Housing (“LMH”) mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of general clerical experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must possess a valid Ohio or Michigan driver’s license and be insurable under the Agency’s plan. Technical Skills To perform this job successfully, the employee should have strong computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
