Clerical Support ASC

Work Location: Center Township Medical Neighborhood HV Ambulatory Surgery Center 79 Wagner Road Suite 101 Monaca

Work Hours: Full time 40 hours; Monday-Friday Daylight

Clerical Support staff are responsible for overall flow of business office which includes but not limited to: patient intake and answering phones, verifying Insurance information for each patient prior to appointment time, scheduling procedures, updating and circulating the daily schedule, communicating changes to schedule, positive and open communication with medical staff and co-workers and office personnel, organization of medical charts.

REQUIRED

• Graduate of high school or equivalent.
• Ability to work with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Ability to communicate with the general public in a courteous manner.
• A high degree of confidentiality in maintaining records is required.
• Working knowledge of office management procedures and accounting principles.
• Minimum of one-year experience in health care related field.
