JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:
· Maintain working knowledge of vendor-related policies and procedures based on industry best practices
· Develop and maintain resource repositories and documentation for team reference
· Support time-sensitive deliverables as assigned by Director of Third-Party Risk Management
· Track and manage key follow-up tasks for monthly, quarterly and annual vendor management reporting
· Schedule and coordinate vendor risk assessment cadence and timelines
· Perform quality control reviews on risk assessments to ensure scope accuracy and completeness
· Execute administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and internal coordination
· Maintain accurate records and track progress across all vendor engagements
· Participate in meetings and assist with creating presentations, reports, and supporting materials
· Assess department priorities and recommend actions to support organizational goals
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Working knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements for residential loans
· Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
· Experience with Archer GRC platform preferred
