Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative (Call Center Rep) position entails serving as the primary customer support for our contact center. Success in this position requires that the CSR be able to work independently with little to no supervision, provide immediate availability, be professional, provide documentation within our systems. The CSR is empowered to make decisions that eliminate impediments to our customers'ability to buy cars. This empowerment requires the CSR to be confident in both the business and Manheim’s product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills with strong attention to details required.
- Basic computer software skills required.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
- Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.E., copier, fax machine, etc.).
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks;manual dexterity.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
