Customer Service RepresentativeCustomer Service Rep is responsible for providing assistance to customers via telephone and correspondence in a timely manner.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following:Accurately handle complaints concerning tickets or services rendered in a professional and courteous manner in a high-volume call centerAccurately process, document and record mail correspondenceResearch and review correspondence to assess action to be takenPrepares paperwork for processing of refund due to customersSchedule hearingsOther duties as assignedQualifications To Perform This Job Successfully, An Individual Must Be Able To Perform Each Essential Duty Satisfactorily. The Requirements Listed Below Are Representative Of The Knowledge, Skill, And/Or Ability Required:6 month of high volume call center experienceExcellent oral and written communications skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume area.Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm.Scheduling is based on the need of the call center.High school diploma or general education degree (GED).One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, write, and understand English and/or Spanish.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentagesAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructionsAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variablesPhysical Demands The Physical Demands Described Here Are Representative Of Those That Must Be Met By An Employee To Successfully Perform The Essential Functions Of This Job. 100% Sitting
