Clerk Cashier

#INDGA The Abacus corporation team is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to assist residents, visitors, and staff with daily transactions. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process payments, maintain a clean and organized work area, and contribute to a welcoming environment for seniors.

Pay is $12.50 per hour! 29 hours a week***** 

Monday- Friday 8am to 2pm

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate cash register and process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist customers with purchases and answer basic questions regarding products and services.
• Restock merchandise, snacks, beverages, and other items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low-stock items.
• Follow facility policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Foster a positive and respectful environment for senior residents and guests.
