Company ABF Freight Location Camp Hill, PA Workspace Service Center Pay Type Hourly, Full-Time Job ID 29070 Job Description The position assists with various clerical, administrative and customer service tasks, in addition to other duties, in the fast-paced, daily operation of a service center. Responsibilities The position involves regular communication with customers and ABF Freight management to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight and complete customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience:Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D.Computer Skills:Good typing/data entry and clerical skill, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), preferredAdditional Requirements:Good verbal and written communication skills, requiredMust be able to follow instructions and procedures, requiredMust be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload, requiredMust manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, requiredMust be willing to work evenings and on an as-needed basis, required Benefits Make more money! Wages are Teamster Union Scale which are greater than most other carriers! Hourly employees also receive overtime pay after 8 hours/day.All Union Employees receive health and welfare benefits with no employee paid premiums.Each employee receives 7 days of sick leave each January 1st.
