The Clerk III will play a key role in school and central office team operations by providing general administrative support and interactions with stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferredFluency in English (Bilingual: Spanish preferred) (speak, read, and write; and translate from Spanish to English and English to Spanish)Clerical and customer service experience requiredExperience working in a fast-paced environmentRequired criminal history background check, physical and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien statusQUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Major roles and responsibilities include:Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, including covering reception and phone duties, as needed, in EnglishManage the administrators' calendar, schedule appointments and events and correspondence including answering incoming phone calls, emails, and letters (as needed); prepare logistics for meetingsEnter requisitions and monitor the school/team budgetOrganize and support school or team events, providing oral translation services as neededManage school or team paperwork for field trips, permission forms, etc.Translate basic school documents, including permission forms, newsletters, and flyers/postersData processing using computer systemsCandidate will be required to perform a hiring exercise in English before being deemed qualified and selected for the position.
