This position involves daily/weekly pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and managing DOT compliance files. The role acts as internal customer support liaison and tracks return goods for customer returns from the private fleet.
Major responsibilities include
- office/admin duties such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fuel reconciliation, billing, and database maintenance
- auditing logs and trip reports, maintaining files, and customer service interactions
- distributing route books, coordinating driver coverage, and assisting with safety and overflow freight
Qualifications include
- 2 years of office experience,
- 1 year of customer service,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- and willingness to travel and undergo background checks. The role requires physical ability to handle light lifting and good vision. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. This is an administrative position focused on logistics and compliance, offering $18.50/hour.
