File Clerk / Records Support Specialist
Location: Wailuku, HI (Maui)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk / Records Support Specialist to support a high-volume administrative and medical records environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured office or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, organize, and file documents using alpha, numeric, date, subject, or color-coded systems
Retrieve and distribute charts and records within the facility
Prepare documents for scanning and perform document scanning tasks
Operate basic office equipment including copiers, scanners, and binding machines
Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ensure files are properly stored
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year of administrative, clerical, or records experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable walking throughout the facility and handling physical file movement
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with document scanning systems
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as EPIC
Work Environment:
Onsite role in an office and/or medical facility setting
Frequent movement throughout the facility to collect and deliver records
Occasional lifting and handling of files and materials
