  • Monitor reporting accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Oversee remittance coordination and reconciliation activities
  • Assist with monitoring servicing-related invoices, billing activity, and contractual obligations
  • Partner with Accounting, Loan Servicing, Default, Compliance, and other teams to support client needs
  • Research and resolve reporting, remittance, and invoicing discrepancies
  • Participate in operational projects, process improvements, and portfolio growth initiatives
  • Support implementation of new reporting, servicing, and client management processes

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, servicing operations, account management, or related financial services functions
  • Experience supporting investor relationships, client reporting, remittance activities, or operational relationship management preferred
  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing operations and investor servicing requirements preferred
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
